Your own mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy

My own history in the world of coaching is not the most traditional. I have trained as a sports massage therapist, a tourism restonomist and a sports counsellor. I have driven a truck for many years for a living around Finland, experienced burnout, worked as a gym manager in Tampere for many years, trained as a stress management coach, become a mother to a lovely child and trained as a mental health coach. I want to help and coach people through life’s challenges and as this vision/goal has become clearer, I have deepened my training to become a top mental coach.

As a 36-year-old mother, I’ve already got some insight into what human life and everyday life is all about. I also have a husband and a Shiba dog in my life. I’ve also found that your own mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy, depending on what kind of ear you listen to it with. Right now, a change of direction or confirmation of the right path may be just what you need.

There is power in nature and the outdoors

Did you know that nature and fresh air clear your mind and clear your thoughts? There is a lot of research evidence on their health benefits. When I’m coaching, I like to take you outdoors for some mental coaching. There is no need for a sports performance, so weather-appropriate equipment is sufficient.

If my coaching style resonates with you, please contact me. In the introductory meeting we get to know each other a bit and it does not commit you to the coaching.
