In my coaching sessions, I combine meetings with nature. The meetings are physically located in Pirkanmaa in the Tampere/Kangasala area. Distance coaching is possible with distance learning.

Did you know that nature and fresh air clear your mind and clear your thoughts? There is a lot of research evidence about their health benefits. When I coach, I like to take you outdoors for a mental coaching session. There is no need for a sporting performance, so weather-appropriate equipment is sufficient.

What are the benefits of coaching?

How does the coaching take place in practice?

We will meet and go to nature! In addition to the meetings, you will receive personalised tools and activities between meetings to support your own journey. I will give you personal help to implement your plans. I usually always recommend a longer collaboration, as it allows you to tackle the challenges of seasonal changes.

From the first meeting, we are in nature. First, we discuss your needs and goals together. We will make a plan and build steps towards your goals.

Developing routines

Together we will develop an optimal state of mind to support easy and sustainable routines. Finding the right time and place for routines in your daily life.

Lasting change

We optimise the state of mind and practice adjusting it to make challenges easier to tackle. We make small changes that bring big results in the long run.
